In order to promote the deepening and implementation of the national strategy for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta with stronger efforts, and to promote the differentiated and integrated development of civil affairs in the three cities and one district from point line cooperation to a deeper level, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Hefei City initiated and jointly worked with the Civil Affairs Bureau of Pudong New Area in Shanghai, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Nanjing City, and the Civil Affairs Bureau of Hangzhou City. On April 12th, the Civil Affairs Regional Cooperation and Exchange Conference of the three cities and one district in the Yangtze River Delta was held in Hefei.

  Su Ying, the General Manager of Anhui Aibo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., represented iFlytek, a local enterprise in Hefei, to deliver a report on "Assisting Civil Affairs with Artificial Intelligence", promoting experiences from multiple dimensions such as technology for elderly care, AI+assistive tools, and smart communities.

  During the conference, Zhang Youguo, Senior Vice President of iFLYTEK, and Su Ying, General Manager of Aibo Intelligence, accompanied the inspection team of the Three Cities and One District Civil Affairs Regional Cooperation and Exchange Conference in the Yangtze River Delta to visit the iFLYTEK exhibition hall, mainly showcasing and exchanging information on iFLYTEK's artificial intelligence technology and its application in rehabilitation aids.

  Experts and scholars first visited the application of iFlytek's artificial intelligence technology in various fields such as smart office, smart cars, smart education, and smart healthcare. Subsequently, we focused on inspecting the content of intelligent medical assistants, the elderly care sector of smart cities, and the smart governance sector in the smart healthcare exhibition hall.

  Mr. Zhang Youguo stated that iFlytek has always attached great importance to the development of disability services and rehabilitation aids, and has established a subsidiary of iBo Intelligence to conduct research and promotion of intelligent rehabilitation aids. And General Manager Su Ying introduced to the inspection team one of Aibo Intelligence's core products, lower limb walking rehabilitation training equipment.

  In addition, Aibo Intelligent staff operated and demonstrated the cognitive impairment AI screening system: aimed at people with cognitive impairment screening needs, data was collected through five word recall, clock drawing, and picture speaking. The AI screening model automatically gave evaluation results, quickly achieving cognitive impairment screening, not only improving screening efficiency, but also making comprehensive evaluation indicators more refined.
